Thank you for visiting the San Carlos Park Fire District website and reviewing our privacy policy. This site is offered as a service to the citizens of San Carlos Park Fire District and the general public. We will collect no personal information about you when you visit this site unless you provide that information to us.
Public Records and E-Mail Please be advised that under Florida law (Florida Senate Bill SB 80 - effective July 1, 2006) E-mail addresses are public records and are not exempt from public-records requirements. If you do not want your e-mail address to be released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by telephone (239-267-7525) or in writing, via the United States Postal Service.
All records of the state or political subdivisions of the state are open for public inspection and copying, subject to certain exemptions. This policy, together with the right of individuals to be free from unauthorized governmental intrusion into their private lives, as provided in Article 1, Section 23, of the Florida Constitution, are the basis for this Internet Privacy Policy. When you use the San Carlos Park Fire District website, you are acknowledging that any personal information you provide is subject to Florida's Public Records Policy as stated in Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and Article I, Section 24, of the Florida Constitution.
You are not required to provide personal information to visit this site, download its publications, or utilize other features. The District collects no personal information about you when you visit the San Carlos Park Fire District site unless you choose to provide this information. The District does, however, collect statistical data to track visitor use and site activity.
